What are the first Steps?

First thing is to contact us.  We will talk over what you are wanting and start to get general ideas of floor plans and design.  After that we will set up some meetings and start to design your new home.

 

What should we bring to help you to design our new Home

There are tons of websites and places to get ideas these days.  Every picture you bring can only help us get you the house of your dreams.  

Do you only build specific floor plans?

No.  We do in house designing so, whatever you can dream up we can do.  We do have lots of plans available to review, but you do not have to choose a specific one.  We generally use our plans as ideas for people to start piecing together the perfect plan.  Everyone’s lifestyle is different, so we will help you design a house that fits your needs.

Can you build on my lot?

Yes we can.  We can help you decide the best layout and design for a plan that fits your lot perfect.

How can I get construction financing?

We have relationships with many local banks that do construction financing.  We also have the option for us to carry the construction financing for your project. 

How much will it cost me?

Every house is different.  We do not charge to meet and give proposals.  The best way to get an accurate price is to meet with us and discuss your needs.  We can then work with plans to help get you in your comfortable price range. 

How do I know if I can afford to build with you?

We have built houses in almost every price range.  The best way to answer this to to talk to us.  We can work within almost any budget and get you the house that you have dreamed about.

What is included in the cost?

When we give you an estimated price we are including all fees, hookups, clearing, lot prep, utilities, landscape, walks/drives, and home.  As we get further along in the process you can feel free to pick and choose which of these items you would not want included in the cost.

How long does the process take?

Each process is different.  There are lots of steps before we can even break ground on a lot.  The size of the project and amount of preliminary planning have a lot to do with the length of a project.  Before we start, we will give you a realistic timeline of your specific project.  

Are you insured?

Yes.  We are members of the BCS Home Builders Association and TRCC.  We also carry a general liability policy and your new home comes with its own 2-10 home warranty.  

Are you a Local Company?

Yes.  Our office is just south of College Station in the Welbourne Area.  You are welcome to come visit and we will show you around a few of the neighborhoods.
